Refer an Apartment Resident Terms & Conditions
1. The following people are eligible for this scheme:
- Any resident living in a Cinnamon Care Collection apartment
- A family member or friend of a Cinnamon Care Collection resident
- A Cinnamon care home resident
- Professional & Other Introducers including Team Members (not available to GM, HAA or head of departments)
2. If any of the above people refer someone to Cinnamon Care Collection and they go on to complete on a new property, the person making the referral can claim one of the following:
- £1,000 off their next service charge invoice (applies to current Cinnamon apartment owner)
- £1,000 off their next care home invoice (care home resident)
- A £1,000 donation to the charity of their choice
- £1,000 in vouchers (Cinnamon apartment resident, family member or friend, professionals & other introducers including team members)
3) The ‘Refer a Resident’ Scheme applies to any resident who completes on a new apartment at either Eastcote Park or Eden Court. Exceptions can be made at the General Manager’s discretion.
4) A cash alternative is not an option
5) The referred resident must reference the referral source/family member at initial point of enquiry
6) Not applicable if the person referred is already on our database
7) Only one referral claim per sale
8) Cinnamon Care Collection reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time
