“I feel honoured to be the Home Admissions Adviser for Netley Court; I love helping new people and families every day. My job is to introduce potential new residents to our home and to ensure that Netley Court can provide exactly the right level of individual care they need and deserve. I know how difficult and emotional these decisions can be and I have great understanding and empathy for all the family members involved once they start this new journey. I aim to make their move from home or hospital to Netley Court as seamless and as stress-free as possible for all concerned.”
