Each move into our home starts with getting to know the ‘whole’ person to understand their physical needs, what they like and enjoy and learning about their past. This thorough assessment then tailors an Individual Care Plan which provides a flexible roadmap for the level of care that is required and adapts to the resident’s needs over time.
In our dementia community the person-centered care hinges on a deep understanding that nobody’s dementia is the same. Everything here is designed with purpose and meaning, from the look and feel of our décor and furnishings to the one-to-one support we provide our residents.
Providing round-the-clock care to a loved one can be tiring and draining of mental and physical strength, and sometimes we all deserve a break to recover. “Spotlessly clean, attractive decor, comfortable and cosy rooms. The staff were welcoming to all visitors, and there was nothing but kindness, respect and dignity given to my mother throughout her two-month stay. They dealt with her complex needs professionally and efficiently, and I always felt happy leaving her when I visited. Highly recommend.”
We’d love to meet you!
