Eastcote Park

Meet our Team

We’d like to introduce our friendly Eastcote Park team who are determined to be the difference in senior care.

At Eastcote Park we treat people how we’d like them to treat our loved ones – like family. We understand everyone we look after has their own needs and preferences. So we create care plans which address everything from their individual care provision and dietary requirements to their favourite foods and hobbies. And with great food on the menu every day, each day is a new enjoyable experience.

What I Do

As the General Manager, I am responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day running of Eastcote Park Retirement Village and Care Home. My role is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of person-centred care in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. I lead and develop a dedicated team, oversee compliance with CQC regulations, and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. With a focus on quality, compassion and professionalism, I strive to create a warm, homely setting where residents can live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

My Experience

I started my career in the care sector at the age of 15 working as a laundry assistant in a residential care home. Following my GCSE’s, I then completed a GNVQ in Health and Social Care. I progressed to become a carer in residential care and then took the decision to the NHS, predominately mental health services.  I stayed with the NHS for 14 years before making the decision to move back to the private care sector as a registered manager.  Prior to joining Eastcote Park, initially as Head of Care and then becoming General Manager, I was managing a nursing home.

About Me

I have 3 children so my spare time is mainly spent being a glorified taxi service, chef and housekeeper! However I do also enjoy going to the cinema, shopping and walking my dog.

I look forward to meeting you at Eastcote Park Care Home.

What I Do

I have worked with Cinnamon Care Collection for since 2016, serving as both a Homes Admissions Adviser and a Support Services Manager. I have been part of the team at Eastcote Park from the very beginning, so it’s a real joy for me to see the wonderful caring community it is today.  Alongside my professional experience, I supported my mother-in-law when she developed young-onset dementia in her early fifties. That personal journey has given me a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges families face. It allows me not only to advise on care requirements, but to genuinely empathise with the experiences and concerns of loved ones. Empathy, understanding, and real-world insight are qualities I am proud to bring to the team. Working closely with my colleagues, I am committed to helping make the transition into care as smooth, supportive, and stress-free as possible for every family we welcome.

My Experience

For the past 5 years I have been working as a Home Admissions Advisor (same job different title!) where I developed an understanding about what makes a good care home.  The care is obviously the most important part but I’ve learnt that a great care home such as Eastcote Park is a ‘sum of all its parts’ – care, hospitality, food, activities and beautiful environment.  I helped care for my Mother-in-Law who developed young onset dementia in her early 50’s so I truly understand the journey families are on.

About Me

Outside of work I enjoy quality family time with my 2 kids and 2 dogs. I am a coach for a local girls football team and although enjoyable I can get a little competitive at times!! I enjoy eating out (when we can) and spending time with family and friends and perhaps having a glass of red or 2!

What I Do

I am the Resident Services Advisor at Eastcote Park; I support individuals and their families to make decisions about their future retirement and care choices.  I also build a network of local contacts to support the interests of our homeowners and residents, as well as the business.

My Experience

I have worked in the retirement village and care industry since 2007.  From sourcing land, to planning permission and supporting the build process to meeting prospective residents and supporting their move in process.  I have personal experience of supporting family members to find the right retirement and care options for themselves and know how important it is to understand the individual’s situation and to find the solution that is right for them.

About Me

I am married with twin daughters, who are both trampoline coaches, which has led me to become a qualified judge.  I am an avid Harry Potter fan and keep my husband baffled with some of the references to the books and movies!  I love to travel, especially with my family, having taken many different holidays from beach to city to adventure and theme parks (especially Harry Potter themed parks).  I love to read and can often be found curled up with a good book, I go everywhere with my Kindle.  A random fact is that I can recite the alphabet backwards and it actually turned out to be quite a useful tool.
