Overall, Rivermede is excellent. This was a superb home for dad to commence his attended care. The staff are supportive, friendly and attentive to all the residents’ needs. Cleaning and laundry services are ideal. Food was excellent with various choices to suit all tastes and appetites. When arranging outside hospital appointments the admin team ensured the visits were on time and transport and companions were provided. This is an excellent facility with exceptional staff, providing the best care.
