A Senior Carer from our Chichester care home is celebrating after being named a winner at the Chichester & Bognor Regis Business Awards 2026.
Caytlin Baker, Senior Carer at Lakeview Grange care home, took home the ‘Best Apprentice’ Award at a prestigious ceremony held at the Avisford Park Hotel. Hosted by the Chichester Chamber of Commerce, the annual event celebrates outstanding achievement and dedication across the local business community.
The highly competitive apprentice category was created to honour exceptional individuals under the age of 28 who are making an outstanding impact within their organisation. Open to young entrepreneurs and apprentices, the award recognises those who demonstrate extraordinary efforts within their chosen field.
Caytlin commented, “I am absolutely thrilled to receive this award. Working at Lakeview Grange has given me the incredible opportunity to grow in my career while doing what I love. This award isn’t just for me; it reflects the amazing support I receive from my team every day as we work together to make a positive impact on our residents’ lives.”
