All the rooms at Netley Court are spacious and bright, fully furnished with an electric profiling bed, TV, WiFi, telephone, and an en-suite wet room. Our Sea View rooms have spectacular views over Southampton Water, whilst we also have a small selection of Twin Rooms available. Whilst all rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated we do encourage residents to bring some of their own ornaments and pictures to make the room their own. We know that quality bedding is essential for a restful night’s sleep, which is why we offer a selection of bedding and pillow options to suit your personal preferences.

Our café-bar is the perfect place to meet friends for a morning coffee and freshly made pastry or indulge in a pre-dinner aperitif. And be sure not to miss Cocktail Hour, a daily tradition starting at 3:45 pm! With doors opening onto the garden terrace, residents can savour their drinks outdoors during warmer weather while taking in the serene views of Southampton Water. Whether enjoying lively conversations or relaxing moments, the café-bar offers a welcoming and vibrant space for all.

Netley Court has several welcoming lounges for all to enjoy. The Garden Room is popular all year round; in summer the open doors bring the fresh air and sounds of the garden in whereas in the winter, there is nothing nicer than sitting with a hot chocolate looking out over the grounds. Our Sea View lounge is the perfect place to watch the boats coming and going into Southampton Harbour. For those who wish for a quieter environment, then one of the smaller more intimate lounges might be your preference.

Known as Tropical, you can be sure there is always something going on. Our extensive Activity Programme includes live entertainment, arts and crafts, flower arranging and so much more, most of which takes place here.
