What the NaDCAS Gold Star Accreditation Means
The NaDCAS scheme is a nationally recognised, evidence-based programme that supports and celebrates care providers who demonstrate outstanding practice in dementia care across every aspect of daily life. NaDCAS evaluates care homes against a structured, research-informed framework stretching across key areas such as person-centred care, dementia knowledge, environment, emotional connection and team leadership.
Achieving a Gold Star accreditation means Earlsfield Court has not only met these high standards, but also gone above and beyond, embodying best practice in supporting people living with dementia with dignity, warmth and genuine understanding.
