The offer provides 4 weeks’ respite care for the price of 3 weeks, based on the Home’s standard respite weekly rate. The offer is available only to individuals who are considering a permanent placement at the Home following their respite stay. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The offer is subject to availability. Only one booking may be made using this offer. Any extension to the initial 4-week respite stay will be charged at the standard respite weekly rate and will not qualify for the promotional discount.
The offer applies to the initial 4-week respite period only. If the resident leaves the Home before the end of the initial 4-week period, any refund due will be calculated using the standard, full respite weekly rate applicable at the time of the booking, rather than the discounted promotional rate. The promotional discount will therefore not apply to any period of care actually provided where the resident leaves before the end of the 4-week period. The offer is subject to a needs assessment and the Home’s usual admission criteria.
