Celebrating 9 years as a Top UK Care Home Group

For the ninth consecutive year Cinnamon Care Collection, which owns and operates 23 care homes across the UK,  has been named one of the UK’s Top 20 Care Home Groups by the independent care home reviewer, Carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home reviews website.

In addition, in a record year for Cinnamon Care Collection in the Carehome.co.uk Top 20 Awards, 8 Cinnamon homes have been singled out as a Top 20 care home in their region. Particularly impressive is that a Cinnamon home features in the Top 20 care home list in every region in which it has a care home – South East, London, South West, Yorkshire & The Humber, and West Midlands.

The awards are based entirely on independent reviews from residents, as well as their friends and relatives, recognising care providers that consistently deliver high-quality care and support. There are nearly 17,000 care homes across the UK, caring for around half a million people. Being selected for a regional Top 20 Care Home Award indicates a truly outstanding care home.

Review scores on carehome.co.uk are calculated using a combination of the number of reviews, the average of each of the ratings and the size of the care home. Each rating is based on a number of influential factors including quality of care and support, facilities, cleanliness, residents being treated with dignity, food and drink, activities, management, safety/security, accommodation and value for money.

The awards timeframe for the carehome.co.uk 2026 awards is 1st February 2025 to 30th January 2026.
