Earlsfield Court
Meet Our Team
We’d like to introduce our friendly Earlsfield Court team who are determined to be the difference in senior care.
At Earlsfield Court we treat people how we’d like them to treat our loved ones – like family. We understand everyone we look after has their own needs and preferences. So we create care plans which address everything from their individual care provision and dietary requirements to their favourite foods and hobbies. And with great food on the menu every day, each day is a new enjoyable experience.

In the later years of my NHS career, I worked as Deputy Chief Nurse in an Acute Hospital Trust and Professional Head of Nursing within an NHS Mental Health Trust. On leaving the NHS, I came to the independent sector and have been a CQC Registered Manager since 2011.

Dominik Blas
What I Do
As Deputy Manager at Earlsfield Court Care Home, my role is to support the smooth daily running of the home and ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care, dignity, and respect. I work closely with our compassionate care team to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where residents feel truly valued and at home. Whether I’m reviewing care plans, supporting families through transitions, or mentoring staff, my focus is always on delivering person-centred care. I love interacting with both residents and their families, and I’m passionate about improving the quality of life for those we look after — treating every individual as I would my own loved ones.
My Experience
I have always worked in care and bring a practical and supernumerary background to my role. In 2007, I achieved my MSc in Physiotherapy, which complements my hands-on experience in a residential setting. I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Dementia Care Practice, along with a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to lead with both knowledge and empathy, ensuring the highest standards of care for your loved one.
About Me
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling and mountaineering — with a dream of one day visiting the beautiful region of Kathmandu. I’m married and a proud father of two, and I bring the same values I hold dear at home into my professional life. At Earlsfield Court, we understand that choosing a care home is a big decision. Please be reassured that we are here to offer not only expert care, but genuine compassion, kindness, and support every step of the way.
