Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Cinnamon Care Collection Website Feedback Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
1. Promoter

2. How to Enter
2.1 To enter, participants must complete the Cinnamon Care Collection Website Feedback Survey in full and provide a valid email address when requested.
2.2 The Prize Draw opens at 09:00 on 10 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2.3 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2.4 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.
2.5 No purchase is necessary to enter.
2.6 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
3.2 The following individuals are not eligible to enter:
- Employees of Cinnamon Care Collection;
- Immediate family members of employees;
- Any person professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.
3.3 Cinnamon Care reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.
3.4 Employees of Cinnamon Care Collection Limited, its group companies, and their immediate families or households, together with anyone professionally connected with the prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
4. The Prize
4.1 One (1) winner will receive a £250 retail gift voucher for a UK retailer of their choice, provided that gift vouchers for that retailer can be purchased online by Cinnamon Care Collection.
4.2 If the winner’s preferred retailer does not offer online gift vouchers, or the requested voucher is unavailable, Cinnamon Care reserves the right to provide a gift voucher for an alternative retailer of equal value.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4.4 If circumstances beyond our reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable, Cinnamon Care reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4.5 The prize will be delivered to a UK postal address or email address nominated by the winner within 28 days of the winner being confirmed.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
5.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
5.3 The winner will be contacted using the email address provided as part of the survey within 14 days of the draw taking place.
5.4 The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.
5.5 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or is found to be ineligible, Cinnamon Care reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
5.6 With the winner’s consent, Cinnamon Care may publish the winner’s first name and county on its website, social media channels, or other communications.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal information submitted as part of the survey and Prize Draw will be used for:
- Administration of the Prize Draw;
- Contacting the winner;
- Supporting the ongoing development and improvement of the Cinnamon Care Collection website.
6.2 Survey responses and contact details collected for this Prize Draw will not be used for marketing purposes unless separate consent has been provided.
6.3 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
6.4 Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless reasonably necessary for fulfilment of the prize or where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Cinnamon Care accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical failures or any other reason beyond our reasonable control.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinnamon Care shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
8. General
8.1 Cinnamon Care reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8.2 Cinnamon Care reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate the entry process.
8.3 Cinnamon Care’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.6 Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
