  • Expect nothing less than the very best, our compassionate care team offer truly person-centred care reflecting each person’s unique needs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Utilising the latest technology, we use electronic systems for planning and recording care, as well as managing medication (the cost of prescriptions is included). This lets our teams in the home and external healthcare professionals quickly find important information about each resident when they need it.
  • We are introducing state-of-the-art monitoring systems, which help us check on residents’ wellbeing without disturbing them. This involves using specialised devices installed discreetly in bedrooms to detect unusual movements, ensuring residents are safe and comfortable.
  • Plus, all our homes have CCTV in communal areas (at a minimum in our dementia spaces) to ensure safety and give peace of mind to residents and their families.

  • Delicious food prepared fresh each day in the home by our Chefs and catering team, where each meal is nutritionally balanced and made with the finest ingredients.
  • The seasonal menu choices in our kitchens are prepared with imagination and cooked to perfection and reflect our residents’ personal choices and dietary requirements, including a superb choice of nutritionally balanced vegan and vegetarian menus.
  • Our separate dining spaces are expertly hosted to ensure residents receive a restaurant-style dining experience.
  • All beverages are included, which can be enjoyed with your meal or at our on-site café bars (including alcoholic drinks).
  • Experience fine dining in our exclusive private dining room which is perfect for parties and celebrating special occasions, for use by residents and their guests (nominal charge for non-residents). Simply leave the catering planning to us – our teams will help organise your event to make it enjoyable and special.
  • Our talented chefs have received recognition from national bodies including the prestigious NACC (National Association of Care Catering), which is the benchmark for care sector catering and brings together the best-of-the-best chefs from across the UK.

  • Each home has a dedicated wellbeing & lifestyle team that offers hundreds of imaginative, original activities that are carefully tailored to match each resident’s interests and abilities.
  • We use life history assessments and specialist techniques such as ‘Oomph Explorer’ to distil specific information about each individual’s passions. Then we design a fully rounded programme of physical activities, mental stimulation, creative pursuits and social events that is certain to enrich our residents’ lives and add extra fun.
  • Our very own transportation for outings and day trips to places of interest.

Stylish Bedrooms

Our fully furnished bedrooms boast stylish décor with contemporary fixtures, and level access en-suite wetrooms for added reassurance.

In Room Television

A flat-screen smart television in your room means you can enjoy entertainment in privacy when you like.

In Room Telephone & Internet

Each room is equipped with its own personal telephone with UK calls included as well as internet access (WiFi).

Utility Costs included

Utility costs including heating, lighting, and council tax.

Daily Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping including routine cleaning and a full daily laundry service providing fresh linen and towels and available to all our residents for washing, drying and ironing your clothes.

Onsite Hair & Beauty Salons

Look good and feel great in our onsite hair and beauty salons (services charged separately).

Residents Gardens

Access to our gardens, a tranquil place to sit and enjoy the carefully curated planting by our dedicated gardener to celebrate the seasons. Residents are free to continue their interest in gardening with their own planting area and a greenhouse.

Communal Spaces

Award-winning communal spaces which have been carefully designed to create a relaxing home-from-home experience and provide comfort to all our residents.

Newspapers & Magazines

Keep up-to-date with world affairs with a constant stream of publications, newspapers and magazines.

Onsite Spa

Relax in one of our Spa Bathrooms, equipped with top-of-the-range spa baths, providing mood lighting and relaxing music.

Fitness Studios

Access to the Fitness Studio which hosts regular classes as well as equipment to help maintain strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.*

All maintenance and upkeep of the home and its grounds and gardens.
