Cinnamon Care Collection recognised as a Top 20 Large Care Home Group by independent reviewer
Wellington Vale is owned and managed by the Cinnamon Care Collection, which has 21 care homes in the UK. Cinnamon Care Collection is also celebrating success, having been recognised as a Top 20 Large Care Home Group in the Carehome.co.uk awards.
These awards are based on care home reviews written by residents, as well as their friends and relatives. All care homes’ review scores were calculated using a combination of the number of reviews, the average of each of the ratings and the size of the care home. The homes were rated on overall standard, facilities, care/support, cleanliness, residents being treated with dignity, food and drink, staff, activities, management, safety/security, accommodation and value for money. Wellington Vale scored an impressive 10/10.
Gina Lim, Commissioning Manager, Wellington Vale commented, “We couldn’t be prouder! Our reviews reveal the quality of their care, activities and nutrition as well as if the care home is value for money and the standard of their facilities.
“Reviews of Wellington Vale show they provide an excellent standard of care and we would like to congratulate them on being a Top 20 Care Home in South East England. It is a huge achievement to be named as a top rated care home by the residents who actually receive the care as well as their family and friends.”
