Refer a Care Home Resident Terms & Conditions

1. The following people are eligible for this scheme:

  • Any resident living in a Cinnamon Care Home
  • A family member or friend of a resident living in a Cinnamon Care Home
  • A Cinnamon Retirement Living Apartment Owner
  • Professional and other introducers including Cinnamon Team Members (not available to General Manager, Home Admission Advisor or Head of Departments)

2. Any of the above people can refer a resident to a Cinnamon Care Home and if they stay with us on a permanent basis for more than 90 days, the person making the referral can claim one of the following:

  • £500 off their next care home invoice (care home resident, family member or friend)
  • £500 off their next service charge invoice (apartment owner)
  • A £500 donation to the charity of their choice (care home resident, family member or friend, professional & other introducers including team members)
  • £500 in vouchers (care home resident, family member, professionals & other introducers including team members)

3. The ‘Refer a Resident’ Scheme applies to any resident who moves into a Cinnamon Care Home on a permanent basis.  Exceptions can be made at the General Manager’s discretion.

4. The ‘Refer a Resident’ Scheme’ does not apply for respite/short term residents even if their stay exceeds 90 days

5. If a referral is made by someone in one Cinnamon Care Home and the resident moves into another Cinnamon Care Home, the £500 will still be awarded to the person making the referral. The £500 will be paid by the Care Home that the resident joins.

6. A cash alternative is not an option.

7. The referred resident must reference the referral source/family member at initial point of enquiry

8. Not applicable if the person referred is already on our database

9. Only one referral claim per sale

10. Cinnamon Care Collection reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time
