Launched in 2019, the Pinder’s Award ceremony has helped shape huge improvements in care facilities across the UK by recognising excellence in design, architecture, and independent living schemes across the care sector. The annual event judges award winning projects involving the whole team including owners and architects, contractors, and specialist interior and exterior designers.

Two other Cinnamon Care Collection homes were also shortlisted – Eastcote Park in Solihull in the Best Interior Design category and Parkfield Grange in Stourbridge for Best Exterior Space.
Commenting on the award success, Carole Hunt, Director said, “We are delighted that three of our homes have been recognised in these awards which are extremely well respected in the care sector. We take great pride in ensuring our care homes and independent living retirement apartments deliver the very best living experience both internally and externally. This combination of award winning physical environments and exceptional care teams ensure our homes enable older people to live their lives to the full in their later years.”
Pinder’s launched their healthcare awards in 1991 to help shape improvements in care facilities. The organisation donated £500 for each entry shortlisted for an award. Cinnamon Care Collection has selected The Care Workers Charity as their nominated charity to receive a £1500 donation on their behalf.
