12th Month Free Offer Terms & Conditions
• There is no cash alternative.
• To qualify for the 12th month free the resident must be in residence for 12 full months continuously.
• Example:
– Resident Admission: 15th February 2026
– First full month March 2026
– Year Complete: 28th February 2027
– The credit would be for Fees for the whole month of February 2027 (Month 12)
• This cannot be taken in conjunction with any other promotional offer e.g. 4 weeks for the price of 3.
• The offer is available until 30th April 2026 and the resident will need to have moved in by that date.
• Limited offer that can be withdrawn at any time.
• The offer is only applicable for the first 12 months and will not be available in subsequent years.
• Offer has to be applied for and confirmed before admission.
