Our full-time Residents’ Services Manager is available to help as required with day-to-day needs such as ordering online shopping, planning meals, paying bills, organising a holiday, outing or transport to visit friends and family, escorting you to an appointment or helping to organise personal care.
A reception and concierge service is on hand to help, advise and assist residents and visitors to Eastcote Park as well as managing security and entry to the building.

Our full-time Residents’ Services Manager plans and organises events and activities inspired by residents’ interests which means there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Private transport is available for excursions and visits to places of interest such as The Core Theatre arts venue, Solihull’s designer boutiques and department stores, or one of the many parks and green spaces that abound.
Our on-site maintenance team ensures that the communal areas of the building and gardens are always in excellent condition, so you need never worry about maintenance again.
Help is always close at hand whatever the time of day. Each apartment has an emergency call facility to which a trained member of staff will respond 24 hours per day.
