Meet Our Team
We’d like to introduce our friendly Earlsfield Court team who are determined to be the difference in senior care.
At Earlsfield Court we treat people how we’d like them to treat our loved ones – like family. We understand everyone we look after has their own needs and preferences. So we create care plans which address everything from their individual care provision and dietary requirements to their favourite foods and hobbies. And with great food on the menu every day, each day is a new enjoyable experience.

What do I do:
I have been the Deputy Manager at Earlsfield Court since the beginning of May 2021. I am committed to ensuring our lovely residents get the very best out of life. I coordinate the care team to make sure the residents are safe and supported within the home.
Experience:
For over 14 years I have been lucky enough to work in the care sector. My first position was an activities coordinator and I quickly got promoted to Deputy Manager. Before entering the care sector, I worked in Portugal as a researcher in social care with unemployed women, elderly people and people with disabilities. My main passion is working with people, motivating and coaching them to be the best they can. This also applies to my lovely residents!
About me:
I’m originally from Portugal and have fallen in love with the UK and its people. Last October, despite the awful covid pandemic, I married my best friend in a truly lovely ceremony. We have now relocated to the south coast in search of new adventures and challenges. In my spare time, I love clambering over old ruins, visiting castles and historic monuments. English history is something that fascinates me, especially as there is so much of it around! Our other joy is travelling around Europe (when we can) and trying out new cuisines and restaurants.

What I do:
I joined Cinnamon in November 2017. In my role I help to support families through the transition into residential care. Choosing the right care can be a difficult decision for all involved, but my job is to help this process run as smoothly as possible by guiding our new residents and their family members through this life changing move with support, great understanding and empathy.
My experience:
I started my career in care in 2002 working as a domiciliary carer looking after elderly people in their own homes in the local community and a few years later becoming the Office Manager. After a break to raise my family and help with the family business I feel so lucky to have come back to a job doing the things I am passionate about.
About me:
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, my two young daughters keep me very busy. I enjoy shopping, going to cinema and eating out. I am a real foodie so I also enjoy cooking and throwing dinner parties.
